We have a strong emphasis on the development, knowledge and encouragement relating to athletics, health, education and life’s principles. We consistently work toward advancement and collaborative experiences with players, volunteers, professionals, businesses, sponsors, communities and friends that increase the development of amateur athletes. Our organization is very unique and customized for diverse communities in Arizona. We are seeking an amateur sport organization organized and operated as a charitable organization exclusively for the purpose of fostering national or international sports competition to support and develop amateur athletes for national and international competition in sports within the purposes said forth in 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, including for such purposes, the receiving and making distributions from and to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
